Dr Len Hamey

Managing Director and Senior Machine Vision Consultant

Len is the founder and managing director of Hamey Vision Systems. He has been a leader in research and development of machine vision systems since 1989, developing innovative inspection technologies for industries including food, timber, recycling and rail transport. Len has authored many publications and is an inventor on 2 patents.

Len received a PhD in Computer Science from Carnegie-Mellon University, for research in computer vision. He also holds the degree of Bachelor of Science (honours) from Macquarie University, majoring in statistics.

Evan develops software for machine vision systems applications and user interfaces. He has experience in database development, web interfaces and application software development.
